Can I view another company record while working with existing company records?

You can easily view another company record by using shortcut icon of Open Company but you need to exit from the current company record to view another company records.

Once I have created masters records, can I modify it?

After creating masters records you can modify the master record information just using Edit button and can easily save the changes in the records.

How can I analyze total sales and purchased products information by the Company?

You can easily analysis the total sales and purchased product information by maintaining the records of sales/purchase order and register within voucher entries.

Can I take the print of generated accounting reports for further use?

Yes, you can take the print of accounting reports (Balance sheet, Cash book, Day book, Stock report etc) by using print button to evaluate total financial transactions of the company.

Can I export the accounting reports in another format?

Software provides facility to save the accounting reports in another format (such as txt, rtf, doc, rar etc) as per your need and requirement.

Is Accounting software password protected?

Accounting software is password protected to prevent unauthorized users to change or modify software settings. If you want to open or delete any existing company records, you should need to enter the company user name and password for further process.

How can I make the data of accounting report non-modifiable?

You can easily make the data of accounting report non-modifiable by using freeze date option in which you have to select the date upto you want to freeze the data. Once you have freeze the date, records (only view the records) can not be modified.

Can I take backup and restore the data to work with software efficiently?

You can easily take backup and restore the data by using backup and restore option for ensuring the security of data even if data may be corrupted or lost.

I am unable to access the company records after completion of the trial version. What should I do for accessing the records?

Trial version of the software expires after 30 days. You should need to buy full licensed software version for accessing the software.
